Three-bite rule
When you crave something like cake or chocolate, follow three bite rule, and here it is

Take a small spoon and eat this in three bites and not just gobble it up.

The first bite – enjoy it with all your senses and linger over it.
The second bite, enjoy the flavor.
The third bite, satisfaction.

Then go wash the spoon and put it away.

Your waistline will thank you!

I know you must be thinking so easy to write but believe me it works…do try it.
