A cooling raita for summer which also helps in reducing BP n Cholesterol
Ingredients
½ kg curd
2 onion finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 ginger, finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2tsp oil
Mustard seeds
1tsp rock salt
Method
1.Beat the curd well.
2.Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt.
3.Heat oil in a large spoon. Add mustard seeds.
4.Add it to the raita and mix well.
5.Refrigerate the raita for 1-2 hrs before serving.
Variation :- can also add cucumber and pomegranate for taste.
