September month is celebrated as Poshan Maah, Nutrition month as declared by our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Sir.
I had planned various session by inviting some eminent speakers, here is the synopsis
Riddhi Doshi Patel, who is a Psychologist and Psychotherapist , conducted session on Recreate to love life. Riddhi used Dance Movement and inclusion as a modality throughout the session.
Dr Rakesh Valotia a MBBS Holistic Health Practitioner and a diabetologist explained how thoughts and emotions play important role in our health.
Dr Devang Shah spoke about Positive parenting which is the need of the hour as in today’s world our parents and children both are subjected to various problems and stress of life.
Mital salia a Game therapist explained about the ill effects of modern day sedentary lifestyle, she also played some simple, fun loving family games which would help us connect with the family and friends in a better manner.
Shilpa Mittal a nutritionist spoke about recreating life with right nutrition. In an era where each and every food is either good or bad, she cleared a lot of myths regarding the same as well as package foods, newer terminology in diets and also explained the criteria to look out for in a qualified nutritionist or dietician.
