Orange Haldi infuse water

Just 5 mins to make…here is the method

Take a 1litre water + few basil/tulsi leaves+ oranges slices+ fresh turmeric sliced or grated + ginger sliced

Let it stand for 1hr and finish in 2-3hrs if kept at room temperature.

If you refrigerate you can keep for 5-6hrs….

You can replace orange with lemon and Tulsi with mint

Pointers to take care

-Infuse water at room temperature for no more than 2 hours.

Finish drinking the same in next 2-3 hrs at room temperature
Or else put it in the fridge to prevent bacterial growth.

Always make it in the earlier part of the day… And consume maximum before 4pm…as it get fermented

Don’t strain the fruits herbs… They should be kept infused. Infuse means you need to keep them in water while you keep consuming the water

Don’t refill or use the left over fruits herbs… Best to use as decompost.

Melons and sliced strawberries start looking waterlogged after a few hours; citrus, and whole berries look pretty good even after hours in the fridge.

After 4 hours, citrus rinds can make water taste bitter.
