Parwal peel (Pointed Gourd) Chutney
Rich in fibre, vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium and a bunch of other micronutrients. Helps purify blood and also in constipation.
Ingredients:-~~~~~
1cup Parwal peel
1/2 cup corriander
8-10 curry leaves
2/3 flakes garlic
1/4″ piece of ginger
3-4 green chillies
1/2tsp cumin seeds
1 lemon juice
For seasoning optional
Mustard oil 1tbsp
1/2 tsp onion seeds( kalaunji )
Salt to taste
Method :~~
Grind Parwal (Pointed Gourd ) Peel , green chillies, curry leaves, corriander, ginger, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and garlic to a thick paste.
The chutney is ready to useā¦. The one you seed in the picture is this chutney.
However further if you want you can give tadka:-
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and add the onion seeds( kalaunji). When the seeds start to splutter, add parwal paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Cool slightly and serve.
