Gives following suggestions –
Hold standing meetings,Walking meetings.
Walk over to a colleague’s desk instead of sending an e-mail.
Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
Take your calls standing.
Taking a lunch break.
Walk around.
No matter how much you exercise, sitting for excessively long periods of time is a risk factor for early death, sitting too long can kill you, even if you exercise.
