Include Orange-colored fruits and vegetables — like sweet potatoes🍠 carrots🥕cantaloupe🎃 papaya, mangoes🥭 and apricots, broccoli🥦are high in beta-carotene, a form of vitamin A that helps with night vision, your eyes’ ability to adjust to darkness🌚
Also red and greens like watermelon, beets, tomato 🍅, spinach, methi, chawli leaves, amaranth, colocasia leaves, redcabbage… are all rich in beta-carotene… Just go as per season… And you are sorted.
Omega 3 oils naturally lubricate the eyes and are found in flaxseed oil and some fish like salmon and sardines.
Stay well-hydrated 💧and get plenty of sleep 😴each night.
