Nutritious Antioxidant Rich Chutney.
Made using fresh coriander, mint, spinach, curry leaves …apt for any season….improves immunity. ..
Ingredients –
• Coriander leaves – 1 small bunch
• Palak -1/2 bunch
• Mint leaves a few
• Curry leaves 12-15 leaves
• Tomato – 1 small
• Onion – 1
• Garlic – 7-10 cloves
• Lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp
• Green chilli – 1-2
• Ginger – a small piece
• Roasted flaxseed powder – 1 tbsp
• Dalia (split channa dal)- 1tbsp
• Salt to taste
Method
Grind all the ingredients together. Serve as an accompaniment with dosa, idli, dhokla, chilla, pancakes, chapati, upma , make sandwiches.
Greens are packed with antioxidant good for liver and kidneys, also rich in nutrients such as Vitamins A, B complex, C, E, K and folate.
