Ingredients
Bread 2slices
Panir 1/2 cup
Besan 1/4 cup
Ambat chukka leaves a few
Onion 1chopped finely
Ginger chilli paste 1tsp
Chaat masala 1/2tsp
Oil 1tsp
Salt to taste
Method
For stuffing
Heat oil add ginger chilli paste, chopped onions, roast till it becomes translucent.
Add besan roast it for 7-10mins till the raw smell disappears.
Add salt, chat masala,chopped Ambat Chukka roast a while, add panir swtich of the gas, mix everything, keep it a side.
Take a slice of bread apply the stuffing and cover with other slice.
Toast for 7-10mins till it turns brown in a toaster.
