Continuing with Culinary uses of Sesame seeds (til)…..tired nachni (ragi) bajra rotis with lots of mint, ginger, green chilli, coriander, fresh green garlic, curd and sesame seeds. ….too good to just eat it on its own too…do give it a try

Recipe
Mix equal portion of nachni (ragi) bajra add chopped mint, ginger, green chilli, coriander, fresh green garlic, salt, curd and sesame seeds. Knead into a soft dough, roll into small bhakri, roast on tawa on medium heat on both the sides, finally puff them on flame till brownish, apply ghee and serve.
