Pressurebake spiced sprouts, I used moth beans sprouts. Mix in hydrated poha

L1: Oil, curry leaves, green chillies
L2: Onion, deseeded tomato
L3: Carrot, sprouts, spices, salt
L4: PIP Capsicum, green peas

MP: 2w/ 5min on high.
Cover the cooker, take 2 whistles, release pressure open, mix hydrated (soaked) poha, lemon. Close and let rest.

Garnish with corriander and serve hot.

Took just 7mins to make this right from preparation…
