Today is S(F)UNDAY start with atleast a 10 mins walk if you still haven’t got into the routine back.

Avoid eating out, as you must have had enough of this during vacation and new year ….still if you are planning to eat out or have to as a social commitment. ….make sure you do your bit of exercise for 45 mins. …..if nothing please go for a walk.
